Our impact on this goal is related to products that contribute to modern and energy-saving applications. One clear example where we work towards sustainable value for customers is our products within Smart Lighting. This is also a direct connection to the UN SDG 7, Affordable and Clean Energy. The business area Smart Lighting accounts for about 10–15% of our total sales. By supplying and developing modern technology for operating and controlling LED luminaires, we contribute to achieving the greatest possible energy savings when it comes to lighting. The products applies to public as well as private environment, where our presence sensors prevent lighting from being switched on unnecessarily and consume energy when no one is around.
