Work Environment policy

  • The work environment shall be characterized by mutual respect and trust in an open dialogue.
  • No one should have to suffer ill health or injuries due to shortcomings in the work environment.
  • Each employee must show personal responsibility for good health and working environment.
  • We must run systematic work environment work. Which means that we:
    • Perform regular security rounds.
    • Designs and follows up security patrols through action plans and priorities.
    • Cooperates with occupational health care for preventive and rehabilitative purposes.
    • Trains staff in the work environment and conducts active health care.
  • Our employees who travel on business must show personal responsibility to prevent risks and accidents by always:
    • Have the authorization and health required to drive in a traffic-safe manner in the service.
    • Be sober and drug-free while working and driving. Anyone taking medication that can cause drowsiness and other symptoms that endanger road safety may under no circumstances drive a vehicle but must immediately inform their immediate superior about their medication.
    • Be rested and take breaks to a sufficient extent.
    • Always use hands-free equipment when using mobile phones.
    • The use of a hand-held mobile phone while driving is prohibited.
    • Report all incidents and accidents to the nearest manager as soon as possible.
  • Passenger cars used in the service must be equipped in accordance with the group’s car policy.
